My Custom Pet Art

Do you just do cats and dogs?

We can design a portrait for any animal no matter the species or the breed. So far we've created unique masterpieces for dogs, cats, birds, horses, micro-pigs and even hedgehogs!

Our artists are incredibly talented and can work with any animal on Earth.

Can I include more than one pet?

Yes. Select the number of pets available on the product page before placing your order.

Can I print more than one pet on one canvas?

Yes! We have a variety of options to suit your pet parent needs. Right now, we have custom options for 1 pet, 2 pets, 3 pets and even 4 pets together in one portrait!

Is my photo good enough to use?

A clear, well-lit photo showing your pet's face and features usually gives the best result. We will contact you if another photo is required.

What photo guidelines should I follow?

If you follow our photo guidelines, your photo is very likely good enough to use.

• Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting—outdoor daylight is best.
• Try to take the photo at eye level with your pet.
• Your pet does not need to be looking at the camera.
• Use a close-up photo so we can see your pet's unique features.
• Make sure the photo is not blurry.
• Make sure important features, such as the ears, are not out of frame.
• Ensure the fur color in the photo is accurate and not affected by poor lighting.

Our team checks photos after orders are placed. If there is an issue with your photo, we will contact you by email.

How do you produce your artwork?

We do not paint from scratch.

We are a digital design studio and use professional photo editing, retouching, brush strokes and blending processes to transform your original photo into a personalized pet portrait.

Can I change my order?

You can request changes to your order within 24 hours. If your order was placed more than 24 hours ago, we cannot guarantee that changes will still be possible.

Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?

Yes. All customers can preview their artwork and request changes before printing. We will email you when your preview is ready.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once design work or production has started.

I thought it was an image-wrapped canvas. Why are the sides black?

Most canvas prints use an image wrap, meaning the image continues around the edges of the canvas.

In some cases, we use a solid black wrap so important features, such as your pet's ears, do not wrap around the sides of the canvas. This keeps the complete portrait visible on the front.
