Production and Shipping
All orders typically require 3–6 days for production and dispatch. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during promotional periods.
Estimated Shipping Times:
USA, Canada, Australia, UK: 5–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Flat-rate shipping: $9.90
Note: If any issues arise with your order (e.g., a new photo of your pet is required), production time will naturally be extended accordingly.
We send a design proof to all customers for approval before printing. The sooner you approve the design, the faster we can ship your order!
Tracking is provided for all orders; you will receive an email notification once a tracking number is generated.
During the holiday season (November/December), courier volumes surge, which may result in longer delivery times.
Please note:
• If your order requires a photo replacement, please understand that this will inevitably extend the production time.
• Customers have up to 3 days (72 hours) to approve the design proof. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, we will assume approval and proceed directly to printing.

Once the portrait is created, we will immediately send you a preview. You can request unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied with your pet portrait.
If you are not satisfied after receiving the finished product, we will remake and replace it for free—no questions asked.
